Me? I am the answer to you.
You? You are the question that I can't solve.
Him? He is the one that holds the key.
Them? They are the force holding me back.
Sometimes I like to think I truly knew you.
Sometimes you like to think that you never knew me.
I guess, if that was the truth, it would be better.
For me.
For you.
But what about him?
What about them?
Was the lie that you told yourself for us?
Was the lie that you told me for you?
Actually, the question I should be asking is this:
If you were to drop a coin to the ground, what are the odds that it would land heads up?
The answer is 50/50.
So apply the same standards to this question:
If I were to lie to you and you were to lie to me, what are the odds we would both keep those lies?
The answer is never.
This world is so damned and cursed
It forever runs through the same cycle of its ignorance.
Perhaps maybe you saw that.
Perhaps maybe you told me.
But I was always too concerned with death to try and listen.
This "love" that we once thought we had
It forever runs through the same cycle of its ignorance.
Dose that mean we are damned?
Dose that mean we are cursed?
You were always too concerned with life to try and listen.
So then let me ask this:
Were do they come in? Were dose he come in?
Then let me ask him this:
Do you know the story of life and death?
Let me ask them this:
Why is this always about us?
Let me ask everyone this:
Why is the world so small in our eyes?
Why is it I could only focus on you and never anything else?
Why is it you could never focus on me enough?
Why is it that he made me see the truth through the blackness?
Why is it they were looming over me in the light?
Did you know Life and Death are brothers?
They are two sides of the same coin.
So let me ask you once again:
If you were to drop a coin to the ground, what are the odds that it would land heads up?
The answer is, always.
Life forever wins over death, because Life can exist without Death.
Death always loses, because Death is dependent on Life.
You are Life.
I am Death.
He is the coin.
They are the world.
I cannot exist without you,
I cannot speak unless your hand is in mine.
But you can exist without me,
Though you would be meaningless.
He can be the judge,
He decides your future and how it works.
They are the people we look down upon,
They are just there to get in our way.
Remember the lie to yourself.
Remember the lie to me.
Because weather we like it or not,
One day there is going to be a sacrifice.
Life or Death?
Which one is the ultimate answer?
